Returns Policy
We accept returns only if the product is damaged during transit or if there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team with your order details and proof of damage (photographs).
- Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects.
